Balanced and Targeted
Executive Coaching

“Recent studies have found that while training leads to a 22% increase in productivity, when this was followed up by executive coaching, productivity increased by 88%.”
-Olivero, Bane & Kopelman

Executive coaching is one of the most effective ways to develop leaders at all levels.  Coaching not only facilitates development, but also has proven to have a positive and profound ripple effect throughout the organization.

It is not a one size fits all development process.  As you might expect, the experience is very personal and is unique to the individual.  Depending where the individual is in their career journey, I offer targeted and focused coaching solutions to meet their specific development needs.

The ideal duration for the coaching engagement is six months to one year, but the time may vary depending on the development need and the progress of each individual.
