Developing High Performing Teams

Is your team as effective as it could be?  Getting people to work together isn’t easy, and unfortunately many leaders skip over the basics of team building in a rush to start achieving goals. That’s understandable.  But a leader’s actions can have a major impact on whether the team ultimately delivers results.

Alignment, shared sense of purpose, people skills, and process skills—is the key to innovation and growth of any team.  Developing High Performing Teams covers how each of these elements contributes to getting the most from a team.

This program helps merge diverse individuals into a cohesive team, one that will advance the team and organization’s strategic objectives.  All programs are customized to the specific needs of each team and may include a team and/or individual assessment and optional one-on-one or group coaching.

How Participants Will Benefit:

  • Enhance communications and become aware of team members’ behavioral preferences and working styles.
  • Clarify roles and responsibilities.
  • Understand the stages of team development and how to effectively move through them.
  • Engage to listen and remain open to differing views.
  • Use an inclusive decision making process to solve problems and make more informed decisions.
  • Build trust by giving peer-to-peer feedback.
